They quoted me for the service and the CV joint replacement and, given the information I gave them, actually recommended a cheaper level of service as the higher level was unjustified. Car ready when required...excellent service.

Anzac Automotive has a team of friendly staff who is always looking out to help. I was able to have a required loan car, and being under 25 that was very outstanding, the job was finished on time with quality and a great price. Ash was a great help and gave honest opinions about my car. I have been to 5 mechanics over the last year, and Anzac Automotive definately is the best. I was really pleased with the work done on my car by Anzac Auto. They kept me up to date regularly about what was happening with my car, and even did additional work that needed doing without charging me extra for labour. They even offered to take my car for the final warrant check after the work had been completed. Great service and highly recommended. Thanks guys.

I am usually a pretty tough customer but Ash did such a great job I gave the service 100%. I originally took the car to another mechanic who loosley quoted me $500 more than Ash quoted & after the job was completed it was actually less than he quoted. Ash also went above & beyond with giving me a loan car while he had my car & he actually brought my car back to me & picked up his loan car. I live in Remuera but I will drive all the way to Browns Bay in future to have Ash look at my car!

I was listened to patiently while I gave my "girly" version of the faults. They investigated and called me back with what needed to be done. We were not sure of cost so I gave them a budget, which they honoured even though the actual cost went a bit over. I was impressed like so many others that have left feedback that they took the time to explain what they did to the car and why. Awesome service and really nice guys to boot. Their Browns Bay location is not exactly handy to my Glenfield one, but you will not find me taking my cars anywhere else! Use these guys, you will not regret it!

This company is very obliging, friendly and efficient. There is no doubt that we will return when our vehicles need any form of servicing. I had honestly thought that the old ways of being able to talk to the people directly involved with your servicing had virtually gone (you know, you've probably seen it before - they're all too busy, and you've got to deal with the receptionist who really knows nothing, and you go away wondering if they will actually fix the thing you wanted fixing) - but no.... they actually listen to you trying to explain what the problem is, they explain what they intend to do, they quote well, and in our case when some parts cost them more than they originally quoted us, they still stuck with the original quote. I will return with confidence and recommend to others.
