This is the second time I've taken my car to Ash and the team and found them to be fantastic. They took the time to ensure the correct diagnosis and having a European car kept the cost managable. Having arrived in Auckland two years ago I've been to four different workshops trying to find an honest reliable mechanic, the courtesy car takes the frustration out of having your car in the shop Am stoked I finally have and wont be going anywhere else.

I have had Anzac Automotive work on my car in the past (brake and clutch) and more recently with a broken cam shaft (ouch). Having an MGF I always expect the parts and repairs to be expensive, but Ash and his team always seem go out of their way to get the best deal for me (unlike other places I have been in the past). I feel that I can trust the team at Anzac Automotive to be honest, which as a female client (whose mechanical knowledge is limited to checking the oil level and changing a tyre) is invaluable. I always recommend Anzac Automotive to my friends and colleagues.

Ash and his team run an absolutely top auto business! I have an older VW and since moving to Auckland early this year, have used Anzac. They have provided a great service to me in all aspects - text reminders, prompt, timely servicing, and very fair charging. They have excellent knowledge of the VWbrand (and doubtless other brands) and I can understand what they are on about as regards things needed to be done on my car. Well done Ash and crew!!!

I would highly recommend Ash, this is the second occasion I needed his help. The first time was two days before Christmas. I was driving down the road and a red light came on the dash board. I called my local mechanic where i had just spend 800.00 two weeks prior and he said couldnt look at my car until January. I called Ash, he was wonderful; he put me at ease over the phone. My car was fixed that same day so we could go on holiday with my two kids. Ash is honest and very fair with his charging. See you again Jo

I recently brought our first car in New Zealand, which had very little service history.... I popped into to the garage to discuss a service and found Ash to be polite, knowlegable and happy to answer my list of questions. I booked the car in for a full service, and for them to report any thing that needed doing as I had a tight budget. I thought the text mesage the evening before as a reminder was a great touch, and I took advantage of the courtesy loan vechile offered. The service was comprehensive and carried out to a very high level and all work was discussed before hand and nothing was added so I had no suprises on collecting my car. I thought the over all customer service from the staff was excellent and I was very happy with the finished job. The bill was very resonable, and I will be recommending the garage to all my friends from Browns Bay and the surrounding area. GREAT JOB GUYS - WELL DONE!
