I\'m thankful for this website in allowing me to find guys like these. We found ANZAC Auto accommodating, very good communicators, approachable, honest and the work completed as promised. I highly recommend them and this household will definitely be going to them from now on. Any friends will also be told about this outfit. I found ANZAC Auto via Google search after feeling despondent at a quote from Ford/Mazda. Am not sure why these things weren\'t found for previous WOF but $3000 worth of work, more than the car is worth. Have only gone to them because my car is a ford but found them clinical in their communication, had extra work done without notifying me, have never wanted to use them and very expensive. When my wife and I spoke with Ash for the first time he was definitely customer focused and honest in stating he wanted our business on a long term basis. He stated he would need to look at the job before providing an estimate. His estimate was half the cost quoted by the other crowd.

Ash and his team have been servicing our cars for some years now. They are great to deal with on all levels - friendly and efficient, keeping us informed from the moment we drop the car off to the time that we collect it. Nothing is too much trouble,. If they find a problem, that we weren\'t expecting, they call us to discuss the work before proceeding. The car comes back clean ( they wear gloves while they work on your car!) and most importantly, runs beautifully - better than when it is serviced by the dealer as part of the purchase agreement. We\'d recommend them to anyone who\'s looking for a mechanic.

My BMW looked like it was going to need yet another expensive repair. However, the guys at Anzac took a closer look and realised it could be a simpler and much less expensive problem than it first appeared. They were right, it was a tiny part that failed, not the obvious (and 20 times more expensive) suspect. . They have always looked to find the best result for the least amount of money and I literally trust them with my life, every time I get behind the wheel. They don't take shortcuts, yet they're responsive, speedy and their attention to detail has saved me a lot money and downtime once again. Thanks again guys!

Very impressed. My car needed the parking brake assembly rebuilt and they managed to book me in within a couple of days and sent me a reminder text the night before. I was offerred a courtesy car, but was able to make my own transport arrangements. Only 2 hours after dropping off the car, I received another text to say my car was ready for pickup. Througout, they explained everything well and overall it was a positive experience. A big thanks to the team at Anzac Automotive.

Anzac were flat out but made space for my repair because it was urgent. The repair came in under the quote and was done really fast. Ash was great to deal with and called to let me know how much and when it would be done. I am a cynic but I was really impressed with the service. Will use Anzac automotive again.

This company was very fast and fitted me in very quickly .they provided a courtesy car which is essential .I felt the cost was a small bit expensive but maybe im in denial . thanks guys

Very happy with the excellent service, i\'d never been here before today and was very pleased at how prompt and helpful they were. They fixed the problem and also topped up my break fluid and advised me of any future things to be aware of. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to my family & friends :)
