As usual, fantastic service! Had to have power steering fluid leak address - Barb set me up with a courtesy car and had the pump removed and repaired, back in the truck - done! Minimal fuss ... such professionals! - thank you guys! :)

Despite having no real understanding about vehicles, they explained precisely what the problem was and more importantly what the solution was. They also recommended which jobs were urgent and which could be safely put off for another occasion, thereby keeping costs to a minimum. Finally and the most important point, for me as a mother of a toddler, is that they finished on time for the vehicle check and lent me a courtesy car to get my sleepy toddler home during the major works. Ash goes the extra mile to find out and source a part that is required. He always calls to let you know what the cost will be for an original part and the difference for a reconditioned part or new part from a different supplier. This gives you the satisfaction to choose which way you want to go with the repair.

This is just a quick note - we're selling our Alfa Romeo ... we thought there might be an oil leak and didn't want to sell it if there were any issues to be addressed ... so I phoned Ash to see if he could make time to have a quick look at it ... he did this the next morning, I also dropped by with our Volvo as the steering was making a strange noise, it was just a top up of "power steering fluid". The fact Ash and his team make time to give us peace of mind is all part of their valuable service ... it's the little things that make all the difference! Thanks Ash :)

Ash serviced our Volvo XC90 and arranged for a WOF also while with him. As always, Ash does a fantastic job. He's looked after our cars for years now and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Regular 6 month service on our Alfa Romeo (which are known to be a tad tempermental!).
