Very happy with the excellent service, i\'d never been here before today and was very pleased at how prompt and helpful they were. They fixed the problem and also topped up my break fluid and advised me of any future things to be aware of. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to my family & friends :)

Went to office at 9.00 - the air conditioning belt had come off and the AA said it was ok to drive but I wanted to be sure. They said they couldn\'t fit me in until tomorrow but would have a look at it in case they needed to order parts. I came back at 1.00 and they said they could fix it but it wasn\'t quite finished so would I like a courtesy car to get home for lunch Got a text 30 minutes later saying it was fixed! This was awesome service from a polite, friendly, professional business. Highly recommended.

Great service, i've taken my car to Anzac Automotive on two occasions now, both for very small items. They fitted me in straight away and gave me a loan car on one occasion. Pricing was very reasonable and I was given a full explanation of what was done, and what to look out for. Brilliant. A

I drive a mitsi chariot and today the car pretty much died outside their reception. Ash turns up has a quick look under the bonnet and the car is immediately booked in for surgery. A few hours later a txt message tells me all is ok and my chariot is ready for pickup. The bill is paid (very reasonable) keys passed over and im in the car ready to go. Excellent, I have used them repeatedly on my BMW for servicing and WOFs, as well as with repairs. As a female driver they have always been pleasant, treated me candidly (even when I think I might be being neurotic), have even shown me the replaced parts and talked me through what to look out for in future. They always try to source the most cost effective option and let me know all my options, the prices and their recommendations up front. Wouldn\'t use anyone else - they have consistently been a terrific team! I couldn\'t recommend them more highly.

Anzac automotive has the best customer service I have ever had in this industry. The staff are friendly, professional and obviously take pride in there work and the work shop. They have a team who enjoy what they do and it shows in the quality of service. I would not hesitate to reccomend them to friends, family and clients in our business. As for costs, that was another pleasant suprise, it was half what I have payed for the same service elsewhere. If all that was not enough to see me back, the bag of jellybeans left in my car just topped it off.

We were visiting Auckland and needed urgent attention to our vehicle. Ash fitted us in next day and the service we received from Lee was outstanding. With almost no notice, Ash fitted in a job on the brakes of my Audi into his schedule. He kept me fully informed on what was needed and how it was going. Fully recommended and I'll be continuing to use in the future.
