My vehicle was making a terrible sound and I was concerned about driving it safety-wise. I rang Anzac Automotive, told them what was going on and they invited me to come down and they would take a look to allay any concerns -- for free! After an initial drive around, they gave me a bit of advice and then we booked in the vehicle for a proper investigation the following week. The fact that they took time out of their busy day to just take a look for me was greatly appreciated.
