Customer FeedbackWe actively encourage customer feedback and are proud of our consistently high ratings on the ‘No Cowboys’ website (www.nocowboys.co.nz). No Cowboys was set up as a means for consumers to rate the service they receive from a range of businesses. Mark says: "With almost no notice, Ash fitted in a job on the brakes of my Audi into his schedule. He kept me fully informed on what was needed and how it was going. Fully recommended and I'll be continuing to use in the future." (January 2010) Michael says: "The service from Anzac Automotive was flawless. Very pleasant staff both at reception and working on the car. They fitted my car in on the day I phoned and did the job in half the time they said to allow. No hesitation in going back." (January 2010) Anneli says: "Despite having no real understanding about vehicles, they explained precisely what the problem was and more importantly what the solution was. They also recommended which jobs were urgent and which could be safely put off for another occasion, thereby keeping costs to a minimum. Finally and the most important point, for me as a mother of a toddler, is that they finished on time for the vehicle check and lent me a courtesy car to get my sleepy toddler home during the major works. Rod says: "Anzac Automotive took time out of a busy schedule to do a job for me which they not only completed promptly and courteously but also unexpectedly took my car to the WOF station for a retest.
